Garden Lock Binder is water based, safe to use and allows you to easily and effectively:
- Reduce on going maintenance.
- Reduce weed growth.
- Water will still penetrate through stones or wood (6mm or larger).
- Touch dry after 1 hour.
- Full cure after 48hrs.
