Thank you for visiting and shopping at Earthco Projects Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Our domestic shipping policy covers Australian shipping only as we do not deliver outside of Australia.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 12 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We will do our very best to deliver your order as fast as possible, usually you will have your goods within 2 to 3 days.

We will provide you tracking information where possible and keep you advised of progress.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Items purchased include FREE shipping Australia wide. *Outback or very remote locations may incur a freight surcharge. We will contact you if required to inform you of the surcharge. If you are unhappy with the delivery surcharge for remote areas we will offer a refund if requested.

All items are shipped as " Authority to leave " if you are not available at delivery address at the time of delivery.  Please leave full instruction on where to leave as required.
